How to take your photos:
- The best photos will be taken for you.
- They should be close up
- Hair should be tied back (off your shoulders)
- Take 3 pics: front, side, and back
- Front - Arms should be down
- Side - Arm should be slightly bent away from your back side
- Back - Arms should be down
Step 3: Take Measurements
Not only will you be losing weight but you will also be losing inches. It is very important to measure yourself once a week (on the same day each week) to see your results. A tape measure is included in all purchases.

Follow our Eating to Lose Plan. Try to incorporate as many eating fundamentals as you can. The more fundamentals you incorporate into your diet the faster you will receive results.
Step 5: Exercise
If you are new to exercising try to do 30 min of cardio 3 times a week. Walking, jogging, skating, taking a Zumba class-whatever you will consistently do.
